October: 2 months old

Suzanna was just about sleeping through the night and was a content, happy baby. She went to the beach a whole lot but was not surfing quite yet.

September: 1 month old

Suzanna was an easy newborn baby. She expected her bottle on time. If it was late, she was furious. She also became mad when she reached the end of her bottle, but she soon got over it after a hearty burp. She loved watching the ceiling fan and lounging in her pink bouncy chair. Bathtime was also a favorite in the first month. She also went to her first Oktoberfest with Auntie Paula. Oktoberfest is celebrated in September in San Diego.

Welcome Suzanna Christene Hughes

Suzanna was so alert the minute she was born. Instead of screaming her head off, she simply looked around the room quite content with her new surroundings.

HONEYMOON

CABO, I like it. After I swam out to the small, farthest pointed rock in the ocean, to check out the fish, Sarah was all about checking it out. At this point she was 5 months with the little bun in the oven. Even though I wasn't too sure how well it would work out, Sarah was set. So we strapped on our gear and took the swim. There were fish of all sorts and even eels, it was awesome, and she swam just like one of the little fishes.

THE WEDDING

The location of our wedding was one of a kind, we had the wedding and reception at the Coronado Yacht Club. Just before sunset, Sarah, me and the photographers jetted over to the beach to take some shots. It was truly magical. We were truly blessed to have such a beautiful wedding..
